By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
- You must be 18 years or older to use Heal&Grow Therapy services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
2. Nature of Services
- Heal&Grow Therapy provides online therapy and therapeutic retreats focused on addiction recovery, mental health, and wellbeing. Our services do not replace emergency, medical, psychiatric, or crisis intervention.
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency or suicidal thoughts, please contact emergency services immediately.
- We do not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medications, or engage in crisis counseling. Our services are intended for users seeking professional therapeutic support who are not in acute crisis.
3. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refunds
- Payment is required before the start of services and may be on a one-time, subscription, or retreat booking basis as specified in your service agreement.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
- Refunds are only provided at our sole discretion and according to specific refund policies communicated at purchase. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Generally, retreat bookings and completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
4. Use of Platform and Technology
- Our services are delivered through digital platforms including messaging, video calls, and phone calls. We are not responsible for connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or internet service disruptions on your end.
- You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the requirements for participation in online therapy and retreat communications.
- We take reasonable measures to protect your data; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
5. Termination and Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms, engage in misconduct, provide false information, or fail to pay fees.
- We may modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
6. Gift Cards and Promotions
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers (if applicable) can only be used to purchase Heal&Grow Therapy services and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
- Lost or stolen gift cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase.
- Promotional codes and trial offers are limited to one use per user and cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- We encourage you to seek resolution through informal communication with us first.
- No arbitration or class action waiver is imposed, but parties may mutually agree to alternative dispute resolution methods.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- All Heal&Grow Therapy services, materials, and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of therapy or retreats.
- Heal&Grow Therapy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks in online communication and therapy.
9. Privacy and Communication
- We handle your personal and health information according to our Privacy Policy, which you should read carefully before using our services.
- Communication with Heal&Grow Therapy staff via email or messaging may not be secure; please avoid sharing highly sensitive information outside of therapy sessions.
10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms of Use occasionally. We will notify you of material changes by email or posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
- We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Heal&Grow Therapy regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements.
